About the Center

The Canadian Economical Behavior Research Center (CEBRC) was established with the mission to gain deeper insights into the economic behavior of Canadian households, businesses, and society at large.

We go beyond numbers and statistics to study the psychology of decision-making: why consumers make certain choices, how families manage personal finances, how companies respond to economic shifts, and how social institutions shape citizens’ financial habits.

Our interdisciplinary team of economists, sociologists, behavioral scientists, and data analysts bridges theory and practice. We believe that understanding human behavior is the key to building a sustainable and fair economy.
